You can request deletion of your DiGivCards account and associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so please make sure you no longer need your card data before proceeding.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, mobile number).
- All digital cards, including contact info, business details, photos, gallery, listings, social/quick links, and themes.
- Analytics data tied to your cards (views, shares).
- Saved bookmarks and team/employee card associations you manage.
What May Be Retained
We retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, even after account deletion:
- Payment and invoice records (for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes), per Razorpay/Stripe and applicable financial regulations.
- Aggregated, de-identified analytics that can no longer be linked back to you.
- Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service.
Effect of Deletion
- Any card links or QR codes you've shared will stop working once your account is deleted.
- Deletion does not automatically refund any payment — see our Refund Policy if you also want a refund.
