These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DiGivCards website, mobile app, and digital visiting card platform (the "Service"), operated by Tamilarasi Technologies. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

• You sign in using a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email or mobile number — no password is required.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your registered email/mobile secure, since it controls access to your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your card content accurate and not misleading.

2. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload to your digital card (text, photos, logos, links).
• By adding content to your card, you grant us a license to host, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the Service — including showing it to anyone who scans your QR code, taps NFC, or opens your card link.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is misleading/fraudulent.
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Plans & Payments

• Some features require a one-time paid plan, processed securely via Razorpay or Stripe.
• Prices are shown in INR (or your local currency, where supported) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to impersonate another person or business.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any unlawful activity.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time — see Account Deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tamilarasi Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
