DiGivCards plans are a one-time payment for lifetime access — there are no recurring subscription charges. This page explains when you're eligible for a refund and how to request one.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original payment date, no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@digivcards.ai with the email/mobile number used to register and your payment reference (visible on your invoice in the app under Payment History).
- We may ask a quick question about why you're requesting a refund to help us improve — this is optional and won't delay your refund.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Once a refund is processed, your account reverts to the free tier and premium features (unlimited cards, advanced analytics, premium templates) are no longer available.
4. Refunds Outside the 30-Day Window
Requests made after 30 days from the payment date are evaluated on a case-by-case basis (for example, in the event of a duplicate charge or a verified billing error). Contact support and we'll review it.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Accounts found to violate our Terms of Service (e.g. fraudulent use, abusive content).
- Custom Enterprise plans with separately agreed payment terms, unless otherwise stated in your contract.
